Validar offers a suite of lead retrieval products and services to help you maximize the return on your investment. By simply scanning a QR code, lead retrieval allows you to seamlessly connect with event attendees and potential prospects. When using any of our devices, you can have real-time access to your leads from our portal making follow-up faster and more effective. Add lead retrieval options for your booth!
Deadlines:
- License based solutions will be available for purchase anytime leading up to and during the event
- Physical devices will be available for purchase prior to the event and throughout the event on a first come first serve basis
- You will receive login and reporting details from the Validar Team one week prior to the show
- Last date to access lead retrieval data - September 19, 2026 - 30 days post event 11:59 PST

- Lead Retrieval Desk Hours & Location: Registration area hours:
- 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM on Sunday, August 16, 2026 at the registration desk
- 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM on Monday, August 17, 2026 at the registration desk
- Return devices by: between 6:00 and 6:30 PM on Monday, August 17, 2026
- Forgot to return the device after LR Desk is closed, where can they drop it off? please return it to the registration desk on Tuesday by the latest 3:00 PM Tuesday

This license will allow you to use the vCapture App (available in the Apple App and Google Play stores) to capture leads at the event on your own mobile device.

Please note that leads are ranked Hot, Warm or Cold based upon the response to the standard follow up Question:
Meeting / Send Quote = Hot
Send Literature Only = Warm
Just Curious, no need for follow-up = Cold
If response “Meeting” or “Send Quote” is selected from the standard follow-up question, your lead retrieval application will automatically branch to the additional two (2) questions.
If you do not indicate that you would like to retain the standard questions, they will not be included.
