Validar Corporation Releases Lead Locker™

Lead Locker enables Value Added Resellers to manage large volumes of lead retrieval inventory and leads at tradeshows and events

Validar™ Corporation, a leading provider of interactive marketing campaign and event measurement software, today announced the expansion of their product line by introducing Full Measure Lead Locker. Lead Locker allows event registration contractors to manage large volumes of inventory and data with minimal resources at Tradeshows and Corporate Events.

During the event, most registration contractors today deal with a chaos of hardware and paperwork when providing lead retrieval technology to exhibitors at tradeshows. Post event, they then expend significant resources focused on getting leads into the exhibitor's hands, and reports into Show Managements hands. Validar's Lead Locker application automates tracks and reports all of this activity.

Lead Locker provides registration contractors with a real-time snapshot of all of the inventory they have on the show floor, information on what was ordered pre-event, who picked up the equipment, who dropped it off, booth numbers, phone numbers, when data was collected, and when it was uploaded to the Full Measure Lead Management Portal. Lead Locker can work offline or online using one computer or many networked computers.

The software is very easy to use. You simply scan the exhibitor's badge to access their record and pull up their order, scan each piece of hardware as you hand it to them, and then print out their inventory sheet and secure user name and password. When they return at the end of the show, scan their badge again, scan each piece of hardware, and print out their receipt. Lead Locker also enables an exhibitor to easily post their leads into the Full Measure Lead Management Portal at anytime during the event by simply jacking in their Full Measure USB Flash Drive or docking in their Full Measure Pocket PC device. Lead Locker then pushes the leads into the Lead Management Portal in seconds. It is all asynchronous.
